NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS DISPLAY

 

Project Description:  The City of Kingman is seeking bids for the presentation of the Fourth of July Fireworks Display.  All bids must conform to these specifications and be presented on the forms provided for that purpose.

 

Qualified vendors are invited to submit their best quotation for services providing fireworks for the City of Kingman’s Annual 4th of July Celebration to be held on Saturday, July 4, 2020.

The location for fireworks display is to be at the Mohave County Fairgrounds at approximately 9 P.M., local time. The pyrotechnic display should include a variety of shells and events. Prospective bidders must provide a description of fireworks proposed in their document, the show shall last a minimum of 20-25 minutes.

The successful fireworks provider must provide all necessary insurances including liability and must indemnify the City of Kingman, as well as (if applicable) the owner of the property where the fireworks are set up.

 

The City of Kingman will accept sealed proposals from qualified firms at the Kingman Fire Department 412 E. Oak St. Kingman, AZ 86401, until 9:00 AM Local Time on March 23, 2020 (Monday). Proposals will be opened at that time. Any proposal received after 9:00 A.M. on the above stated date will be returned unopened.

During the evaluation process, the City of Kingman reserves the right, where it may serve the City’s best interest, to request additional information or clarifications from proposers.  At the discretion of the City of Kingman, firms submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process.

 

The City of Kingman reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected.  Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in this request for proposal, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted, and confirmed in the contract between the City of Kingman and the firm selected.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
