Description: The City of Shelbyville, TN seeks to retain the services of a qualified consulting firm to review and revise its current 2008-2028 Comprehensive Plan, and to submit documentation substantiating their qualifications to perform the services required.  The end result of this review and revision will be a new 20 year Comprehensive Plan that will guide Shelbyville's growth and development.  See attached RFQ for more details.
