Description: Sealed bids are being accepted for Landscaping services maintenance which include a spring cleanup,
weekly grass cutting, trimming, weekly weed pulling, fertilizing, weed control, planting bed & native landscaping maintenance, insect and
disease control, watering of lawns and trees if needed and directed by the Facilities Management Director, and tree, shrub & evergreen
maintenance for nine county building locations as scheduled and if needed and as directed by the Facilities Management Director

Facilities Management Director. Bidding documents are available from the Kendall County Facilities Management Office
(“KCFM”), 804 John Street, Suite B, Yorkville, Illinois, telephone (630) 553-4102, after February 3, 2022 between the hours
of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., or on the Kendall County website at https://www.co.kendall.il.us/departments/administrationservices/
rfp-rfq-call-for-bids . Kendall County plans to enter into a contract with the successful bidder for a period covering
three (3) years. The contract shall be automatically renewed for (2) one-year increments following the initial period, unless
KCFM notifies vendor in writing by or before thirty days prior to the expiration date of the initial period or each subsequent
one-year period, that KCFM does not wish to continue the agreement.
