Description:

You are invited to submit a sealed bid for the Kitchen Hood Replacement at Jesse Boyd Elementary School located in Spartanburg School District Seven in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on April 15, 2021 at the Spartanburg School District Seven District Office located at 610 Dupre Drive, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29307, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the base bid payable to The Spartanburg School District Seven Board of Trustees.  The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract sum.
No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the owner.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Applicants must have a contractor license in the state of South Carolina, and must be qualified under the provisions of the contractor's licensing law "(South Carolina Code of Laws of 1976, Title 40, Chapter 11)". This project is covered under provisions of code of laws of South Carolina (1976) and as amended.
