Question: Could you clarify if the County considers the criteria item "past performance of the firm/team on similar type projects" the same as the References item listed under the submission format? We are trying to determine if you would like only three project examples with references (one sheet per example/reference) or can we provide more than three examples of project experience. If they are considered separate items, can we include our three references on one sheet?
Response: Respondents are not limited to three similar project examples. A list of three client references for the prime consultant should be listed on one sheet, and a separate sheet/list of three references should be provided for each sub-consultant. While not the sole factor, references will be considered when evaluating each respondent against the scoring criteria.

Response: A Dorchester County business license is not required to submit but will be required prior to contract execution if awarded.
