INVITATION TO BID #1328

The Springfield Police Department is accepting sealed bids for the following:
THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT FOR UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES

The three (3) year contract will run October 1, 2025, through October 1, 2028. When items are ordered from the contract winner, the orders are expected to arrive at the police department no later than one (1) month from the date of order. If circumstances arise that this time frame will be exceeded, a notification is to be made to the police department for explanation.
Bidders will furnish sample clothing for examination by the police department either one week prior or one week after the bid opening date if requested by the police department.
All embroidery work shall be done in-house. All uniforms shall be FOB Springfield Police Department, 802 Willow Street, Springfield, TN 37172.
Bidder’s store location must be open and available to the police department Monday-Friday during business hours.

Sealed bids must be received in the office of the City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:30 pm local time on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
