Description: A. Sand, refinish, stain, and re-stripe the Gym Floor.
B. Contractors are responsible for visiting the site, familiarizing themselves with any
requirements for this work.
C. All work (sand, game line painting, finish, etc.) to be performed by the sole contractor. No Subcontractors.
D. Contractor to be an MFMA member in good standing with accredited employees for oversight on the project.
1. Certificate of Accredited Mechanic to be provided at the time of bid.
E. Contractor shall have at least 10 years of experience in gym floor refinishing.
F. Contractor shall have references of 5 projects of similar size and scope over the last years. Submit list at time of bid for Owner’s review.
G. Contractor to provide current background checks on all employees working on school grounds.
