Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 129, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025 for the purchase of the yearly Water Treatment Plant Chemicals for the Department of Utilities.

The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all bids. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid for the City.
