Description: Overview - Demolition/removal of the existing damaged metal panel roll-up doors on the Road Prison Maintenance Shop. New like kind and quality components should then be reinstalled per specified details and manufacturer recommendations.


Work Description - Existing metal panel 11.5’ x 11.5’ (contractor to confirm) roll-up doors should be removed in their entirety, cautiously, to prevent damage to surrounding components. New like kind and quality overhead doors should then be installed per manufacturer recommendations. Ensure new doors have, at the minimum, the same wind load as the previously removed components.

Projects less than $25,000 will not require a bond.

A pre-solicitation meeting will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022 beginning at 10:00 am for various other buildings at this complex. The contractor is encouraged to attend, but not required.
