Description:

ChildCareGroup (CCG) is seeking to secure the services of a qualified and experienced vendor to provide catered meal services for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) at its Hogg Elementary Day Care Center.  The program serves children in a child care setting and requires hot bulk, cold bag, or cold bulk for the meal periods of breakfast, lunch, and PM supplement as defined in Schedule A (site location and number of meals required).

The successful vendor(s) for this RFP will provide services to CCG’s Hogg Elementary Day Care Center only.  Additional centers may be added during the term of this Contract. Vendors must be able to increase services within the same pricing parameters offered in this RFP in the event of an expansion of services within existing child care centers or by addition of child care centers managed by CCG.
