Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Murfreesboro, City Manager’s Office, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee until 3:00 p.m., CST on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, for the construction of Old Fort Park Maintenance Building at 1025 Old Fort Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 (approximately 7,000sf) and McKnight Park Maintenance Building at 120 DeJarnette Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 (approximately 5,000sf).

The work includes the following elements: 

This work includes demolition, earthwork, all site utilities, paving, landscaping, site lighting, landscaping, building structure, enclosure, finishes and other related work as shown on the construction drawings dated 12-21-17 and specifications dated 12-21-17 by Regan Smith Engineers and H. Michael Hindman Architects, P.C.
