Question: Hello, May we request the following information on the above-mentioned solicitation: 1. How many employees currently work under (or will be anticipated to work under) this contract? 2. Who are the present vendors? 3. How many vendors will be awarded as a result of this solicitation? 4. What are the current billable hourly rates or percentage mark-up rates? 5. What were the hourly bill rates or percentage mark-up rates at the time of award? 6. How much was spent (dollar value) on this service last year? 7. How much is intended to be spent (dollar value) once the contract is awarded? 8. Are additional points awarded to firms who are or have Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) partners? We really appreciate your assistance in advance and look forward to hearing from you soon!
Response: 1. How many employees currently work under (or will be anticipated to work under) this contract? Currently 39 part time and 5 full time attendants. Moving forward we expect to increase the full-time attendants to 8 2. Who are the present vendors? There are no present vendors. At this time the workers are Beaufort County employees. 3. How many vendors will be awarded as a result of this solicitation? We anticipate only awarding 1 vendor 4. What are the current billable hourly rates or percentage mark-up rates? There are no billable hourly rates. Attendants are in-house 5. What were the hourly bill rates or percentage mark-up rates at the time of award? Please see answer to previous question. 6. How much was spent (dollar value) on this service last year? Please see answer to question 5 7. How much is intended to be spent (dollar value) once the contract is awarded? We will rely on the vendors to propose their best price and solution. 8. Are additional points awarded to firms who are or have Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) partners? We do not have a set-aside for this.

Question: If supervisors are required to stay on-site throughout operating hours; please explain what type of need would the onsite supervisor have for transportation with the company vehicle? How many supervisors would require the use of the vehicle?
Response: That was meant to be removed from the solicitation. There will be no need for an on-site supervisor to have a company vehicle.
