Description:

The City of Crestview (the City) is seeking the services of individuals or firms (the Responder) interested in providing Professional Real Estate Broker and consulting services for the City.  It is anticipated that one or more Responders may be selected for a contract period to end on September 30, 2021,  with the possibility of four one-year extensions. During this period, the City shall reserve the right to seek qualifications and/or responses from other firms or individuals for specialized projects, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
