The Jackson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for a 3 year generator maintenance service contract for the Jackson County Board of Commissioners until Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM. At that time, the sealed bids will be opened and read in the Finance Department Conference Room of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. One original and one copy of the bid must be submitted. Bids received after the due date and time will not be accepted or considered.
Questions will be received through Friday, November 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM and must be submitted in writing by email to Barry Vickery, Projects Manager bvickery@jacksoncountygov.com, Scott Martin, Facilities Maintenance Director, smartin@jacksoncountygov.com, and Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager kmorris@jacksoncountygov.com.

Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the bid based on the highest and best interest of Jackson County.
