Question: This RFP is very similar to one I've already prepared. Is it possible to speak to Dr. Matthew's before the submission due date to better understand her vision, mission, and expectations?
Response: They are different, per the scope of work detailed within the RFP.

Response: Yes, this RFP will be awarded to one entity to complete the entire scope of work.
