Question 1

Posted: 4/2/2021

Question: What is the intervals on which the games are scheduled for each grade? Every hour, 70 mins, etc If the Head Assignor has 3 years of experience with a newly formed company but has 10 years of previous relevant experience; will that suffice to meet the experience requirement? How often can the County pay the contractor? Can invoices be submitted monthly or every two weeks? Thanks

Response: Games are scheduled 60 min (elementary), 70 min (middle school), and 70 min (high school). Yes, the experience of 3 years with a newly formed company and 10 years with previous experience meet the experience requirement. The County will pay the contractor within 45 days receipt of an approved and correct invoice. The contractor may submit invoices either monthly or every two weeks.
