Question: Would the County consider removing the bonding requirements for this RFP ? Would the County consider providing a list of standard positions ?

Question: 1. Please confirm you want vendors to provide their own fee schedule based on the positions appropriate for debris monitoring. 2. Please confirm vendors should submit their hourly fee schedule loaded with overhead and fee only with travel and expenses billed separately at cost without markup. 3. Scope of work appears to include other emergency management services "Grants Management and Emergency Management Planning, Training, and Staff/Equipment Augmentation". However, the "Project Purpose" indicates the scope of work is only debris monitoring. a. Given the page limitation, please confirm our vendor responses should only include our workplan, experience and qualifications for debris monitoring only. b. Since the Grants Management and Emergency Management Planning, Training, and Staff/Equipment Augmentation scope are add-on services, please confirm the pricing for these services will not be evaluated. 4. Can the County please provide vendors with a copy of the sample agreement to be used on the project?

Question: • Can the County please clarify the period of performance for this contract? • On page 7 of the RFP under Submittal Contents, the County requests a maximum of 15 double sided printed pages, but page 1 of the RFP requests electronic submittal, stating “Proposal must be submitted through Vendor Registry by going to the County Website at www.beaufortcountysc.gov and register as a vendor.”? Can the County please confirm page limitations and preferred submittal method? • In confirmation of the verbal direction provided from the County on the pre-bid conference, can the County please confirm that no payment and performance bonds will be required for this solicitation?
Response: No longer than 5 years. 30 PDF pages No P&P Bonds will be required for Monitoring Services
