NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the CITY OF RATON requests price quotations for pest control services at 100 Memorial Lane in Raton, New Mexico.

Competitive sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Raton for the Regional Aquatic Center Pest Abatement Project - Project No. COR-250206. These pest control activities will be located on the roof of the building, as accessed through the maintenance room within the facility. The work shall generally consist of humane trapping and removal of nuisance birds and bird waste, performing antimicrobial enzymatic cleaning and odor removal, installation of approximately 2700 square feet of UV-resistant bird netting for pest exclusion, and minor HVAC repairs.

Sealed bids shall be received until Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the office of the City Clerk/Chief Procurement Officer as follows:
