Question: For the produce bid is that final pricing for the whole year? Or will you be accepting weekly pricing once bid is accepted?
Response: Please note that the bid is on a cost plus fixed percentage. Since produce fluctuates due to market conditions, we would accept weekly pricing.

Question: Do you allow key drops for your deliveries? What is the anticipated award notification date? Would it be possible to extend the due date by 7-14 days? Many bids have been presented for distributors to process in the last few days and manufacturers will be taking longer to return our requests.
Response: We do not allow key drops. The anticipated award notification would be 4/23. The bid was extended until 4/11

Question: For your food packaging, will items need to be delivered to one location or multiple? If it is multiple, how many locations?
Response: Delivery will be to 32 buildings per the bid specifications.
