Description:
The intent of this Contract is to provide specialized plumbing preventive maintenance, repairs, including projects involving compliance with ADA requirements at various facilities located in Arlington County, as identified by the County Project Officer. Work includes routine preventive maintenance type services or emergency response to restore plumbing service in a facility. At the minimum the following are the body of work covered under this contract:
1. Grease Trap pumping and cleaning to include replacing damaged
grease traps as needed.
2. Sewage and sump injector pumps to include pumping out sewage and
ejector pumps, repairing and replacing sewage and sump parts and it’s
components as needed.
3. Jet washing and power washing all drains when needed or as
requested.
4. Vactor truck to include pumping out storm drains and oil separators tanks.
5. High definition closed-circuit
television (CCTV) inspection to inspect drain
and sewage lines for damage in accordance with piping drain size and/or
location; not be considered routine maintenance.
6. Specialized plumbing services, including but not limited to, low
height equipment for sewage pump out that fits in a low ceiling height garages
and providing different sized trucks to pump out sewage pumps, storm pumps and
oil separators.

Question: The project scope states a DVD will need to be submitted for the completed CCTV work. Would a USB thumb drive or a Weblink (ie: Wetransfer) be an accepted form of deliverable for the County?

Question: Under the Scope of Services in section V, "Attendance at an annual one day security/PREA refresher training will also be required. The Contractor shall not be reimbursed for time required for ACDF training." Would the County consider reimbursing the Contractor for its employees that have to attend this class?
