Description: The City of Oak Ridge Electric Dept invites quotations for furnishing labor and Misc. material for the SCADA make ready for Substation 400 and 900 described within Contract FY2018-133. Bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:30 pm local time on July 10th at: City of Oak Ridge, 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN 37830, ATTN: Lyn Majeski, Materials Management. The contract generally consists of performing Make Ready tasks to implement a local substation communication network and installation of an Owner Furnished RTU for Substation 900 and 400 within 90 days from the date of award. A summary of the major tasks is as follows: Changeout Seven (7) owner furnished 13kV Power circuit Breakers at Sub 900 Furnish and install 6 13kV voltage transformers at Sub 900 Install Owner Furnished RTU at sub 900 and 400 Furnish and install fiber network to all recloser, regulators and IED relays in sub 900 and 400 Furnish and install time sync circuit to all IED controls and meters in the sub 900 and 400 Furnish and install conduit and cabling for Voltage and control circuits to all IED devices Install and test owner furnished replacement recloser and regulator controls at Sub 400 and 900 Furnish and install modifications to the DTT trip scheme associated with Sub 900 and Solar Farm scheme as described in contract documents.
