Description:

Looking for vendor to provide on-site COVID19 testing for employees at each District school or facility (total 72 sites). Sites may be bundled for efficiency such as drive through testing that can be in a location that is utilized by several sites.  Employees will be offered testing on a monthly basis using a reliable diagnostic test, preferably an FDA approved molecular (RT-PCR), although antigen testing with statistically accurate performance will be considered. Applicants must be licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, as well as have all the necessary credentialing necessary to do human clinical testing. Tests must be run using current CDC guidance with positive reports sent to the Kentucky Department of Health and the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department for contact tracing. HIPAA Guidelines must be strictly followed, and company must administer testing with the utmost of integrity.
