Question: At the prebid this morning, it was brought up that the GC needs to cover the civil drawings. Can the Owner provide an allowance to the GC for stamped civil drawings. Prices will very for each GC based on the civil engineer they chose, this will help keep it apples to apples.
Response: The Owner will prepare the Civil Drawings and include in an addendum to follow.

Question: Is there a soils report? What is the slab elevation in regard to ground elevation? Will soils need to be replaced? Will this project be permitted through the City of Conroe? Who will be responsible for permitting.
