Description:
The project consists of the removal of existing roofing down to the deck at all buildings in
the Terrace Manor 1 and Oak Ridge communities. The buildings will be reroofed with felt,
asphalt shingles, and required roofing accessories. Replacement of metal flashings at roof to
wall connections is also included in the scope as well as the replacement of any damaged or
deteriorated roof sheathing.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. Central time at the Terrace Manor I Community Center located at 4501 Little Drive, Bessemer AL 35022. There will be a sit visit of both communities immediately following the meeting.
