Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Tyrone Townsite ADA Improvements, Bid # B‐20‐01; NMFA # 4912‐CIF will be received by Randy Hernandez, Procurement Officer, at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City New Mexico 88601 until 10 a.m. (Local Time), August 14, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project intent is to provide ADA accessibility at various street intersections to enhance pedestrian facilities. The improvement will incorporate the construction of ADA compliant ramps and landings. The project will also require asphalt patching, removals, traffic control, landscaping, and installation of permanent signing and striping.

Resident Contractor and Resident Veteran Contractor Preferences shall apply to this Project per Section 13‐1‐21 NMSA 1978 (as amended).
A PRE‐BID MEETING will be held at Grant County Administration, 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 10 a.m., Room: Grant County Planning Office, followed by a site visit.
