Description:

The City of Laurinburg is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and interested firms to provide engineering and consulting services for wastewater collection system improvement projects.  These projects are projected to be funded in whole with City funds provided by a loan from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund; however, the City will continue to pursue any state, federal, or other grant funds that may become available as well.  The City of Laurinburg intends to select a qualified consultant to provide engineering design services based on the project details and evaluation criteria listed in the detailed RFQ.
