This is a solicitation to secure a Price Agreement for an indefinite quantity multi-term contract for maintenance materials and hardware items.  It is the intent of the City to award this bid to qualified Contractor(s) from which City employees may purchase daily requirements on an as needed basis.  A multiple source award may be made based on the discount pricing submitted.

 

The City may choose to obtain quotes, or solicit bids whenever it is deemed in the best interests of the City.
