Description: This is a request for a new HVAC system and complete replacement of one existing system at
AMBUCS Park Gym located at 1110 High Falls Road, Griffin 30223 and a new HVAC system and complete
replacement of two existing system at City Park Community Center located at 601 Camp Northern Road,
Griffin, GA 30223
It is the intent of Spalding County Board of Commissioners to award a SINGLE contract for the HVAC
systems at both AMBUCS Park and City Park.
It is the intent of the Spalding County Board of Commissioners to award a SINGLE Contract for new
HVAC systems at AMBUCS Park Gym and new HVAC systems at City Park Community Center. Spalding County
