The City of Springfield will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

 

Demolition, removal, and disposal of building located at 1100 Central Ave. West.

(Parcel Information: Tax Map 80 P, Group “A”, Parcel 009.00)

 

Complete bid specifications and instructions may be downloaded at www.springfieldtn.gov.  Contact Mark A. Fields, Codes Administrator at 615-382-2200 with any questions.  Sealed bids must be received in the Office of City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:30 PM, local time, Tuesday, September 21, 2021.  Please reference Bid #1182 on the outside of the sealed envelope.  The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
