Question: The RFP mentions one time purchase. Do you know how many cases or truckloads you would need for the one-time purchase
Response: We typically like to purchase as many truckloads as possible. Until last year we would purchase 19 truckloads at one time but due to supply chain issues we understand that is no longer possible. In 2021 we bought 9 truckloads at once. We have asked for pricing for 1 truckload and for 9 truckloads and will make a decision on how much we will purchase based on the responses we get to the bid based on pricing and availability. There is a possibility that we award the bid to multiple bidders if we need to.
