The City of Callaway had a storage building which was a total loss as a result of Hurricane Michael. All debris left from the storage building has all been removed from the site. The Invitation for Bid is for replacement of the storage building pier foundation, exterior wall framing (to include exterior wall covering), roof truss system to include decking of the roof, and porch at entry way. The storage building will be an approximately 672 SF building on a pier foundation. The bid is not to include any electrical, HVAC, or interior furnishings.
