NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TORRANCE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter "the District" will receive up to, but not later than the above-stated date and time, sealed Proposals from multiple contractors for the work generally described as RFQ #06-03.23.23 – Architectural & Engineering Services.

Submittal of Proposals. All Proposals shall be submitted with forms furnished by the District. Proposals must conform with, and be responsive to, the official Request for Proposals of Qualifications Documents, copies of which may be obtained from the District as set forth above. Only Proposals submitted to the District prior to the date and time set forth above shall be considered responsive.

No Withdrawal of Proposals. The District’s Board reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and/or waive any irregularities in any Proposal that is received. Proposals shall not be withdrawn by any Bidder for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of Proposals. During that time, all Contractors shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective Proposals.

Award of Contract. Multiple contracts for the desired services, if awarded, will be by action of the District’s Board of Education to the Contractors that meet the qualifications and matrix established by the Request for Proposal of Qualifications documents.

Inquiries and Clarifications. This document is for informational purposes and shall not relieve the Contractor of the requirements to fully become familiarized with all the factors affecting their Proposal. The Contractor is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the Request for Proposal documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than Friday, March 3rd, 2023 at 4:00 PM (PST). The District will respond to all questions received by the end of the business day on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid.
