Question: Who is the current provider? Can we receive a copy of the current contract, and the vendors RFQ response? Are they providing similar services as included in the RFQ . Which ultrasounds are they providing? What is the current pricing for these services? How many new hires per year and how are they scheduled, Monthly Quarterly , Yearly?
Response: The current provider is Lone Star Family Health in Conroe. They do not currently perform ultra sound exams. They may offer a proposal to meet the RFQ but the current contract does not meet the RFQ. There last RFQ response is over 5 years old. We have 144 uniformed employees and 6-12 admin staff that receive annual physicals. We expect to hire 18-24 personnel in 2022-2023. Most of these are for a new fire station that will open in 2023-2024. Annually we may hire 2-4 personnel to replace retiring personnel.

Response: At this time, and for this contract period, we do not have a facility that will accommodate on-site physicals.
