Description:

The Lockhart Independent School District (LISD) is seeking proposals from qualified photographers or photography companies to provide portraits for Athletic and HS Senior/Underclassman Photos for yearbook production, football programs and student/parent purchase. Proposals (herein referred to as “bid”, “RFP”, ”Quote” or “proposal”) will be received by the Lockhart Independent School District at the office of the Purchasing Department, 419 Bois D’ Arc St., Lockhart, TX 78644.

The following instructions by the Lockhart ISD are intended to afford bidders an equal opportunity to participate in the request for proposals.

Lockhart ISD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted, to request additional information from one or all proposers, and negotiate any and all terms of the proposal if deemed necessary.

Lockhart ISD has approximately 1500 HS students with a Senior class estimated at 320 students.
