Description: The City of North Charleston is currently accepting sealed bids for grounds maintenance, and irrigation system maintenance services at Ashley Phosphate/I-26 Interchange and the Intersection of Brandywine and Ashley Phosphate. Work will include regular cutting of grassed areas, pruning and trimming of shrubs and trees, fertilization, mulching, weeding, debris removal and items of a similar nature.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-bid conference and walk through will be held at Pepperhill Park, 7695 Brandywine Road, North Charleston, SC 29420 at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, May 17, 2016. Interested bidders will meet on the side of the building facing field number 3 for a short meeting and to sign in before embarking on a bus ride to view the areas covered under the scope of work.
