Question: Good morning, Do you have size requirements for the refrigerator? Are there any specific features you would like, French door, water/ ice in the door? For the washer and dryer, would you like front load or standard top loading machines? For the electric range, would you like a smooth top or coil? Question: Good Morning, May you please provide current or example Model#s or specifications & dimensions of the appliances the School District is looking to purchase. We want to make sure we are quoting exactly what is needed. Any parameters would be very helpful.

Question: For the Install Will the rooms be occupied? Will our delivery and install team have elevator access? What are the hours of delivery and install?

Response: For the Install Will the rooms be occupied? No. Will our delivery and install team have elevator access? Only one floor. What are the hours of delivery and install? M-F 8-3.

Question: Do the Fridges require only internal Ice Makers? Or Do they need to have an external ice & water dispenser.

Question: Is the Range a 3 or 4 prong? How long does the water line need to be for the fridge ?

Response: NEMA 14-50

Question: Is the Dryer Gas or Electric? If Electric Was Prong Cord is needed? For Dryer Vents will 6' flex vent kits for ducting work and be long enough?

Response: Electric NEMA 14-30. 6' flex vent is good.

Question: Regarding my Elevator access question You mentioned Install Team will install appliances all on the 1st Floor. Will they have to lift appliances up any stairs or take up any ramps? In the PTEC Buliding the Room #s are in the 300s generally this is in reference to the 3rd floor. Will the Install team have access to an elevator for the installs in the PTEC Building?

Response: There are no stairs in the building all on floor. There is no loading dock.

Question: Is there a Color preferences for the appliances ? White, Black, Stainless? More affordable options are in white and black.

Question: In the XLS When you say "Microwave / On Shelf" Does that mean the Microwave is going on a a shelf? Does the Microwave need to bracketed to the wall? Will the shelf be pre-existing or will we have to supply and install a bracket or shelf from it to sit on?

Response: Yes is going on a shelf. No does not need to bracketed to the wall.
