Question: Hi Deedra, Is this RFQ just to determine if we would be qualified to do the Assessment for the Camera System RFQ? Or are you looking for pricing as well? Also, what kind of system do you have? How many cameras are functional? Would part of the project be moving the cameras or replacing the cameras? Thank you!

Response: Here are the answers to your questions: 1. Is this RFQ just to determine if we would be qualified to do the Assessment for the Camera System RFQ? Or are you looking for pricing as well? Answer: Yes, the pricing is related to completing the assessment if there's any cost required. 2. What kind of system do you have? Answer: This information will be given to the vendor who meets the qualifications. 3. How many cameras are functional? Answer: The number of cameras per location is shown on Appendix A and all are functional. 4. Would part of the project be moving the cameras or replacing the cameras? ? Answer: This is possible depending on the results of the assessment.

Question: when does this job start once the bid has been approved and when does it need to be completeed by?

Response: At this time we are unable to determine the start date or date of completion of the project until the assessment is completed.

Question: My company would like toknow the job start and completion dates for Solicitaion #21_22-006_RFQ - Security Camera Assessment , thank you!

Response: The goal is to begin the assessment once approved, no later than February 1, 2022 and complete the assessment within 60 days of the start date.

Question: Since this isn't a construction project, are the minimum diversity goals of 25% for MBEs and 5% for WBEs?

Response: The District strives to meet the diversity goals specified in the RFQ whether it's an assessment, service, construction, etc. Vendors may indicate how they can meet these goals in the assessment and/or through a potential project that may occur as a result of the assessment.
