Description: The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified firms or individuals to install a single ply Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) membrane roofing system on the Fairview Community Center Building located at Iron Bridge Road, Columbia TN. The roof is approximately 5000 square feet on two levels and the existing roof is over a concrete deck. The project requires removal of the existing roof materials to the decking and installation of tapered insulating board, substrate separation or other items as may be required for the new roof to insure proper installation and drainage. Replacement of gutters and downspouts is also included
