Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN – The City of Spartanburg is requesting proposals to maintain lots at various locations in the City of Spartanburg for the Cammie Clagett Properties in the Highland Neighborhood as part of the Neighborhood Initiative Program (NIP) – Maintenance of Properties. The City is assisting NIP Partners and Owners of the Properties: Habitat for Humanities, Homes of Hope, Nehemiah Community Revitalization Corporation, Northside Development Group, ReGenesis Community Development Corporation, and the Housing Authority of the City of Spartanburg with the maintenance of these properties.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory Pre-bid Tour: Prebid Tour is scheduled for Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. Location: 306 Highland Avenue wishing to bid. The tour will commence afterwards.
