Question: Will the District consider splitting the award to multiple vendors? For instance, purchase the piano from one vendor and purchase dolly & cover from a second vendor?

Question: As there is currently a lack of pianos available worldwide due to temporary factory closures and shipping problems, we as a vendor may not be able to provide the requested piano and accessories by September 17. Would the District consider a substitute piano model that is readily available by the requested delivery date?
Response: Please only bid the piano requested - no substitute. Please make note of adjusted delivery dates on the items if you cannot meet the guidelines for delivery.
