Description: The Escambia County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting bids for roof replacement and wind mitigation improvements (shutters and doors). Scope of work may vary for each house. Mandatory on-site, pre-bid meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, August 17, 2022, starting at 9:30 A.M. You must attend the pre-bid meeting to receive the scope of work. Please meet at the first house shown in the attached solicitation document (CRA_MP15). Deadline for quote submission is Monday, August 22, 2022, at 5:00 P.M. Please see the sample contract for insurance requirements for the program. The CRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
