The Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County is seeking the professional services of a qualified contractor to construct and operate the County’s broadband backbone network and provide ISP services to the unserved/underserved areas in Northern Escambia County. This project will give Escambia County the ability to decrease the digital divide within our county and provide state of the art internet connectivity to public/county facilities, healthcare facilities, education institutions and local businesses.
