Description: Dawson County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Dawson County Facilities Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed responses from qualified and licensed vendors who specialize in commercial plumbing services. Detailed proposal documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org. There will not be a pre-bid conference meeting for this solicitation. Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 before 1:00 p.m., August 14, 2017. All answers will be posted to website no later than by 3:00PM, EST on, August 17, 2017. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner. Sealed proposals may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM on August 22, 2017. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names of proposers will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address. The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
