Project specifications and bid/contract documents are available electronically (or may be obtained for a deposit of $50), at NPSR Architects, Inc. 606 W. Pierce, Carlsbad, NM 88220. Tele: 575-885-4775. Documents returned in good condition no later than 15 days following the bid opening date shall be fully refunded. Bid and performance/payment bond and wage rate requirements as stipulated in the New Mexico Procurement Code will be applicable in responding to this bid invitation. Bids must be received by the City of Carlsbad, Purchasing Manager, Carlsbad Municipal Building, 101 North Halagueno, Carlsbad, New Mexico 88220 by November 6th, 2017 @ 11:00 a.m. Bids submitted after the due date/time will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted immediately after the due date/time in Room #204.
