Question: What is the length of this contract?
Response: Our contract is for 1 year with the possibility of 4 annual renewals. The renewals are predicated on performance of the vendor. In the 5 years have been in this position, I do not recall a situation where we could not resolve any issues that would cause us to not renew a contract.
