Description: The intent of this Invitation for Bid and resulting contract is to obtain the services of a licensed plumbing contractor to perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance and remodeling of City owned facilities on an "as needed" basis. The scope of services required by the City in connection with this solicitation covers the entire spectrum of services customarily provided to governmental entities by plumbing contractors. The purpose of the bid is to establish base line pricing on an hourly basis for labor and base line pricing for materials on a cost plus percentage (%) markup basis.
