Description: Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for drainage improvements to Potter Road and US 441. The improvements are located on the north side of Potter Road and extend from the east side of US 441 to the Cane Field Ditch. Associated safety and drainage improvements will also be addressed including the following:

• Swale & drainage culvert improvements along the north side of Potter Road.
• Replacement of headwall and rip-rap slope protection on north side of Potter Road at Cane Field Ditch.
• Installation of drainage diversion structures at the intersection of US 441 & Potter Road.
• Installation of 45-degree fitting on outfall pipe in Cane Field Ditch at NW 134th Street and 138th Street.
• Construct/Reconstruct, as appropriate, side road and driveway turnouts.

The purpose of the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is to provide site conditions and to receive questions from respondents on any issues considered relevant to the requirements of the project.
