Question: 1. Is bid security cashier's check required to be submitted as the time the bid is submitted? 2. Will any non-Collusion oath document be sufficient or is there a specific form that can be downloaded? 3. Is a contractors license required to submit bid? 4. Is there a specific form we need to download to show compliance with illegal immigration act 5. What type of information is required on "owner resume" if business is less than 3 years old?
