Description: Dawson County Purchasing Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors who provide emergency services uniforms, rank insignia, exercise wear, footwear and other accessories to procure through an annual contract. Detailed proposal documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org. Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 by 1:00 p.m., November 13, 2017. All answers will be posted to website by 3:00 p.m., November 16, 2017, EST on, 2017. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner. Sealed proposals may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM on, November 28, 2017. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address. The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
