one of the first awarded. The goal is to develop strategies and an
implementation plan to protect resources and infrastructure in the surrounding
communities necessary to maintain and enhance military installation resilience
in relation to natural hazards and ensure that MCAS Beaufort and MCRD Parris
Island are able to continue their operations.
